Return Policy Overview
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn, in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Not damaged by the customer
Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.
How to Return (3 Steps)
Send your return request to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1 business day.
We’ll send you a Return Authorization number and the return shipping address. Do not ship items without this authorization.
Pack your item securely and ship it back. Keep your tracking number — we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the credit.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by us — in which case we cover all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Simply return your item following the process above and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the right product to you.
For items damaged or defective due to manufacturing, we’ll ship a replacement at no charge.
Non-Returnable Items
Worn/Washed Items
Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customer-Damaged
Items damaged through misuse, modification, or accident by the customer are not eligible for return.
