Everything you need to know about our products and policies
Our Olympic barbells are manufactured to meet or exceed IPF and IWF specifications. They feature 28mm grip diameter with dual knurl marks (both powerlifting and Olympic positions), 190,000+ PSI tensile strength steel, and sleeves rated for 700kg+ capacity. We only carry barbells that we'd trust under a max attempt.
Yes. Our powerlifting belts and competition singlets are explicitly IPF-approved and will pass equipment check at any IPF-sanctioned meet. Always verify with your specific federation before competition, as rules can update. Our product descriptions clearly note IPF approval status.
For knee sleeves, measure the circumference of your knee at the center of your kneecap. For powerlifting belts, measure your natural waist at belly-button height. Size charts are available on each product page. When in doubt, size up โ you can always break in a slightly larger belt, but a too-small sleeve won't stretch enough.
Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $75 (5โ7 business days). For orders under $75, standard shipping is $9.99. Express shipping (2โ3 business days) is $19.99. Equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Supplements must be completely unopened and sealed to be eligible for return.
No โ for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplement containers. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right. Completely sealed, unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days.
By law, we're required to state that dietary supplement claims have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This is standard regulatory language for all dietary supplements sold in the US. Consult your physician before starting any supplement program.
Our heeled lifting shoes generally run true to US sizing, but the fit can be snugger than a casual shoe due to the reinforced construction. If you have wide feet or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up by half a size. The shoe will break in slightly over the first few training sessions.
Beginners for mobility and activation work should start with Yellow (10 lbs) or Red (20 lbs). For assisted pull-ups, most people use Black (30 lbs) or Purple (40 lbs) depending on bodyweight. For banded squats and deadlifts as a training tool, Black to Green (30โ50 lbs) is typical. Our 5-level set covers all these use cases.
With a loading protocol (20g/day for 5โ7 days), you can saturate muscles within a week. With standard dosing (5g/day), you'll reach saturation in 3โ4 weeks. Most athletes notice increased training volume and strength within 2โ4 weeks of consistent use. Always consult your physician before starting any supplement.
