Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Equipment Returns (Barbells, Plates, Accessories)

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for equipment items due to size and weight.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for large equipment items.
  • Contact us before initiating a return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Apparel Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Singlets and competition gear returned without tags will not be accepted.

Supplement Returns

  • Supplements must be completely unopened and factory sealed to be eligible for return.
  • No returns or exchanges on opened supplement products for health and safety reasons.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect supplement, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplement products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items returned without an RMA number
  • Items that show signs of use, damage not present at delivery, or missing original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with your RMA number and return instructions.
