Overview

Staylaamu Fitness (ARCAT Fitness LLC) ships to all 50 US states and Canada. Due to the nature of gym equipment — including heavy barbells, weight plates, and fitness machinery — shipping times and costs may vary from standard e-commerce expectations.

Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping

5–7 business days. Free on orders $75 or more. $9.99 for orders under $75. Note: Heavy equipment items (50lbs+) may add 1–2 additional business days.

Express Shipping

2–3 business days via UPS or FedEx. $19.99 flat rate. Not available for freight-only items.

Freight Shipping

7–14 business days. $49.99. Required for heavy equipment orders including full barbell sets, large weight plate sets, and multi-item equipment orders exceeding 50 lbs. Freight deliveries are curbside — a signature may be required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PT may not be processed until the following business day.

Heavy Equipment Shipping Notes

  • Olympic barbells ship in a dedicated protective tube via standard carrier (UPS/FedEx).
  • Weight plate sets over 100 lbs total may require freight delivery.
  • For freight deliveries, please ensure someone is available to accept the shipment. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.
  • Inspect all freight shipments for visible damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) within 24 hours of your order shipping. Large orders may ship in multiple packages and include separate tracking numbers.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please retain all original packaging material.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
